Material technical base

The educational process is organized in special classrooms and lecture halls of the physics and mathematics faculty, equipped with all necessary materials, personal computers, and interactive whiteboards.

Students have access to scientific, educational and reference literature, which located in the library. There are instructional materials developed by teachers of the department at the department and in the library of the university.

Students and postgraduate students of the department have the opportunity to take production and research internship in the SIC of Applied Mathematics and Informatics, which is a structural subdivision of Zhubanov University.

In the 2017-2018 academic year, nominal audience of Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Umbetzhanov D.U., study of the theory and methodology of teaching mathematics, also, branches of the Department of mathematics in a specialized physics and mathematics boarding school, in the high school “Bilim-Innovation” and in the trilingual school-gymnasium No. 21 were opened.

Within the framework of strengthening the connection of students’ science and practice with production, the number of branches of the department, which are bases of practices, has been increased. In 2018-2019 academic year, branches of the department were opened on the basis of the Department of statistics the Aktobe region Committee on statistics of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as on the basis of the branch of SB Sberbank JSC in Aktobe, also, branches of the Department Mathematics were opened in MPI “Shubarkudyk Gymnasium” (v. Shubarkudyk), MPI “Karauylkeldi secondary school” (Baiganin region, Karauylkeldy), and in secondary school №3 in Aktobe.

In 2020-2021 academic year, branches of the department were opened on the basis of JSC SB «Alfa-Bank» and in secondary school №35 in Aktobe.
